Property-Stock collects the information you provide when you join the buyers list — name, email, phone, company, financing method, proof of funds availability, target cities, property types, price range, purchase volume, and rehab tolerance — to match you with relevant deals and to contact you about listings.

First-touch attribution

When you first arrive from an advertising link, we may record the UTM source, medium, campaign, and referring URL as first-touch attribution data. We record this once, on your first visit, and do not overwrite it on later visits.

How we use your data

We use your information to notify you of deals matching your criteria, to verify buyer eligibility, and to communicate about specific properties. We do not sell your personal information.
