Property-Stock LLC operates Property-Stock, a deal marketplace connecting real estate investors with off-market, wholesale, and assignment opportunities in Luzerne County and Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.

Deal listings

Listings on Property-Stock represent the assignment of an equitable interest in a property held by Property-Stock LLC under a purchase agreement, unless otherwise stated. Property-Stock LLC is not the owner of record unless disclosed. Information about a listing — including price, after-repair value, estimated repair costs, and rent ranges — is provided as an estimate only and is not a guarantee.

No representation or warranty

Buyers must perform their own due diligence — including inspection, title review, appraisal, and verification of rents, costs, and market value — before entering any agreement. Property-Stock LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of any listing.

Buyer eligibility

Full deal details are visible only to registered buyers. Registration does not guarantee access to any specific deal or a right of first refusal. Deals are offered on a first-come, accepted-offer basis.
